What is your policy for return/exchange?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
AestheticallyPleasing.co does not offer exchanges or returns for any product.
Important Hair Care Advice is given to all customers on the back of your Thank You Cards. It’s the customers responsibility to follow the hair care advice and take proper care of their hair.
How long is processing when Placing an order?
Processing for in stock hair orders are typically 1-3 business days. Pre-Order Hair is typically 5-7 business days.
How are the bundles priced? Does it come with more than one?
Our bundles are priced individually. The price you see when you select each length is the price for that one bundle.
e.g. if you would like 3 bundles of 26 inches you would have to add each of the 3 bundles separately.
Ensure you have the correct quantity in your cart before checkout.
How many bundles do I need to achieve a full look?
10”-16” 2 Bundles to achieve a full look with all our textures.
18”-24” 3 Bundles to achieve a full look with all our textures.
26”- 32” 3.5-4 Bundles to achieve a full look with all our textures.
32” + 5 bundles to achieve a full look with all our textures.
How many ounces are in one bundle?
Our bundles are approximately 4 ounces per bundle.
Can I pick up my bundles?
Yes. We offer local pickup in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Processing for Pickup Orders is 1-2 business days.
Pick up days and hours:
Monday - Friday 3:00pm -7:00pm
Saturday 11:00am-3:00pm

How long will my bundles last?
4 (+plus) years with proper care and maintenance.
Can I color or bleach my bundles?
Yes, of course! Our raw Indian hair can be color dyed or bleached and will still maintain its natural lusters.
When will I receive my package?
All packages are processed for shipping between 1-3 business days. Estimate delivery is to be used as a guide only.
Delays are not the responsibility of aestheticallypleasing.co. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.
What if I want to return or exchange my hair?
All sales are Final.
